Cancellation Policy

Clear expectations help protect clients, therapists, and mobile travel time.

Before confirmation

Requests may be changed or withdrawn before an appointment is confirmed. A request is not a confirmed booking.

After confirmation

Confirmed appointments may require a deposit, payment authorization, or cancellation window. The exact policy should be included in the confirmation message before payment is collected.

Late access or no-show

Clients are responsible for accurate address, hotel access, parking, building entry, elevator, stairs, pets, and timing details. Late access or no-show situations may reduce appointment time or incur fees.

Provider cancellation

If a provider becomes unavailable, Roam Relaxation will try to rematch the appointment or offer alternate timing when possible.
