What Roam collects, and why.
Roam asks for the information needed to review requests, coordinate appointments, respond to provider applications, and support partner inquiries. It is not designed for urgent medical disclosure.
Information is used to respond, assess provider fit, maintain safety, and coordinate the appointment or inquiry.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to legal and operating limits.
Information we collect
Roam collects information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, preferred timing, location or service area, access notes, appointment preferences, and provider-application details.
When you arrive from a referral, partner link, search result, or paid campaign, Roam may also keep basic traffic-source details submitted with the request, such as the landing page, referrer, campaign fields, and click ID when present.
Please share only the information needed to coordinate your request. Do not send urgent medical information through the website.

To understand which pages, referrals, and campaigns help people start or submit a request. With your consent, Roam uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for broad website actions and keeps request text and contact details out of those events.
Sharing, retention, and your choices
Request details are shared only as needed to respond, match, coordinate, or support the requested service. Roam does not sell personal information.
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, legal, safety, and administrative purposes, using safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, subject to legal and operational limits.
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting the ability to coordinate a service request.
Roam uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, with your choice, to understand page visits and broad actions such as service-link clicks, request steps, successful request submissions, and submission errors. Roam does not send your name, contact details, address, health notes, or other request text to these tools.
Google advertising storage, Google ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled in this setup. Meta Pixel is used for basic campaign measurement after you allow analytics. You can accept or decline analytics in the website notice. Your choice is saved in your browser and can be cleared by deleting this site's browser storage.
