Requests are not confirmations

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment. Appointment details, provider fit, location, timing, price, and provider availability must be confirmed first.

Provider scope and credentials

Providers are responsible for practising within their license, registration, training, insurance, and legal scope. If you require an RMT, tell us clearly in your request and verify registration through the appropriate public register.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate request, location, access, and health-related preparation information.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, non-sexualized appointment environment.
• Follow confirmed payment, cancellation, parking, and access terms.
• Seek urgent or emergency medical care when needed. Roam Relaxation is not an emergency service.

Service limits

Massage services are not a substitute for emergency medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a physician or other appropriate health professional. No website content should be read as a guarantee of a specific medical result.
