Commercial model
During the founding launch, Roam plans to quote clients clearly, collect payment through Roam, and show providers the payout before any appointment is accepted. Providers can share private minimums, travel rules, and payout floors first, while Roam keeps the client-facing quote and rebooking flow consistent.
The early focus is trust, quality, and repeatable operations, not a loose rate marketplace. Repeat bookings, support, and payment coordination are meant to stay inside Roam so the client experience and provider experience both stay clear.
